Voice Mail automatically plays your recorded greeting and takes a message when you can’t or don’t want to answer the phone. To see if you have messages, simply pick up the phone. A special "Beep-Beep-Beep!" stutter dial tone means you have a message.
Retrieving Voice Messages
To retrieve voice messages, there are three possible ways to
access your Voice Mail: by dialing [*] 98, by dialing your own Digital
Phone/Digital Phone Unlimited Statewide telephone number or through
the Voice Mail access number (808-206-9800).You can retrieve
messages from home or, while you are away from home, using any
touch-tone phone.
At Home Using Your Digital Phone/Digital Phone Unlimited Statewide:
- Lift the handset of your phone.
- A stutter dial tone means you have a message(s).

Dial [*] 98 or your 7 or 10 digit home phone number and wait for your Voice Mail to answer.
- The Voice Mail system will tell you how many new messages you have
- Press the [1] key to listen to your messages.
Away from Home Using any Other Phone (Dialing your Home Phone Number):
- Lift the handset of any touch-tone phone.
- Dial your 7 or 10 digit home phone number.
- Wait for your call to go into the Voice Mail system; you will hear your Voice Mail greeting.
- Press the [*] key.
- Enter your PIN followed by the [#] key.
- The Voice Mail system will tell you how many new Voice Mail messages you have.
- Press the [1] key to listen to your messages.
Away from Home Using any Other Phone (Dialing your Voice Mail Access Number):
- Lift the handset of any touch-tone phone.
- Dial the Voice Mail access number (808-206-9800).
- Enter your 10-digit home telephone number and press the [#] key.
- Enter your PIN followed by the [#] key.
- The Voice Mail system will tell you how many new Voice Mail messages you have.
- Press the [1] key to listen to your messages.
