But that’s not all, simply call 888.662.4577, and we’ll tell you how to return your device for a refund of the full amount that you paid to purchase your device, plus any activation fee and sales tax you paid.* Plus, if you cancel within 10 days of the start of your service, we’ll even add your original shipping costs to the amount of your credit.

To qualify for a refund of your device purchase price, activation fee, sales taxes and, if applicable, shipping costs under this guarantee and avoid any restocking fees or replacement charges*, you must:

Call 888.662.4577 to obtain a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number and kit and cancel your Road Runner Mobile service.
Return your device in its original box along with all of its original contents, all in good condition, within 30 days from the date you cancel your service.*

You will still be responsible for the portion of any monthly service plan that you used prior to the time of cancellation, including any roaming charges, but we will credit your account for any unused portion of your Road Runner Mobile monthly service charges. This credit will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the month as of the date of cancellation.

All refunds will be provided in the form of a credit to your Time Warner Cable account which will be applied to your billing statement.

*The Time Warner Cable Risk Free Guarantee is available to new Road Runner Mobile customers only and allows you to cancel your Road Runner Mobile service within 30 days of your service start date without incurring an early termination fee. If you call 888.662.4577 to cancel your Road Runner Mobile service during the first 30 days of service and follow our instructions to return your device, you will receive a refund of the actual purchase price you paid for your wireless device, along with any related activation fee and sales taxes. If your call to 888.662.4577 to cancel occurs within the first 10 days of service, we will also refund any shipping costs paid by you to receive the device, provided you follow our instructions to return your device. Further, failure to return your device in good condition within 30 days of the date you cancel your service will result in you being charged the full, unsubsidized retail price of your wireless device, which may be substantially more than the price you originally paid.
