Oceanic Time Warner Cable will be increasing Internet download bandwidth speed to 10MB to many areas throughout the island starting in the later part of 2010. Adding more HD channels will also be a top priority.

Several channels will now only be delivered digitally.

That means that beginning on April 1, 2011 digital equipment will be needed to view CSPAN 2 on Kauai. CSPAN2 will only be viewable with digital cable ready equipment such as a digital TV (or other device) that includes a QAM tuner.
